◈ General Information
All participants are required to register and pay the applicable registration fee to attend AMIO 2026.
Registration is required for all presenters, including plenary, keynote, invited, oral, and poster presenters.

◈ Payment
- Registration will be confirmed only after full payment has been received.
- The banquet is included exclusively for regular participants. Students, undergraduates, and accompanying people are required to purchase a separate banquet ticket.
- Due to limited seating, additional banquet tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis through the online registration system. Early registration is strongly recommended.
◈ Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the AMIO-Seoul Secretariat: amio2026seoul@gmail.com.
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations received on or before November 7, 2026 (KST, GMT+9).
- No refunds will be available for cancellations received after November 7, 2026.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date or for no-shows.
